CrossFit Barbarians is more than just a place to work out - it's a family united by a common mission. Our dedicated coaches bring the fire and the fun, pushing you to new limits while cheering you on every step of the way.
Barbarians choose adventure and the unconventional. We are not afraid to be different and to explore uncharted waters. Barbarians recognize that authenticity and passion lead us to places that may not be safe, but they are exciting and bring change that we would otherwise miss.
Barbarians all belong to the CF tribe. You came here to start training, and then realized you were being welcomed into a tribe. Being a Barbarian is exciting, but it can also be challenging and sometimes difficult. Being part of a tribe means that you're never in it alone.
We don't take our health for granted - we celebrate it! In the Box it means we celebrate new successes, overcoming fears, and new friendships formed through hard work. We celebrate LIFE!
Accomplishing anything beautiful and worthwhile takes hard work. Improving your health and fitness take commitment and a willingness to press through pain. When you have persevered through months of tough workouts, and you know what it feels like to be soaked with sweat, and you begin to see your fitness at work in your everyday life - you will never take health for granted anymore.
